These terms govern your use of the Aperture Skin website (apertureskin.com.au) and your purchase of any Aperture Skin products. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Aperture Skin is a registered business name of Top End Co. Pty Ltd (ABN 17 696 618 532). All references to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Top End Co. Pty Ltd trading as Aperture Skin.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to make purchases through our website. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 16 and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products and pricing

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur. If we discover an error after you’ve placed an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline at our discretion. An order is confirmed once we’ve sent you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: inventory shortages, payment issues, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel your order we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Shopify Payments, Afterpay, PayPal). We do not store your full payment details. By submitting payment information you authorise the relevant provider to charge the amount due.

Customer guarantees and refunds

Your purchases come with the consumer guarantees set out in the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These cannot be excluded. See our Refund Policy for details on returns, refunds, and our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Intellectual property

All content on apertureskin.com.au — including images, text, logos, product designs, and packaging — is the intellectual property of Top End Co. Pty Ltd or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

User content (reviews, comments, social posts tagging us)

If you post a review on our site, tag us on social media, or otherwise contribute content related to Aperture Skin, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content for marketing purposes including republishing on our website, social media, and advertising. We will credit you where reasonably possible.

You retain ownership of your content. You can request removal of your content at any time by emailing admin@topendpeptides.com.au.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of our products or website is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our products are cosmetics designed to support the appearance of healthy-looking skin. They are not therapeutic goods, are not registered on the ARTG, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a known skin condition or sensitivity, consult a qualified medical professional before using.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Top End Co. Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents against any claims, costs, or losses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our website or products.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our products will be resolved in the courts of the Northern Territory, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The “last updated” date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
