Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Aperture Skin currently ships throughout Australia and New Zealand. International shipping is not yet available — sign up to our waitlist to be notified when it launches.
Australian shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle with full tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
New Zealand shipping

NZ orders are shipped via Australia Post International or DHL.
Processing time
Orders placed before 12 pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
During launch periods, sales, and public holidays, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 business days. We’ll let you know if there’s a delay.
Delivery
If you’re not home when your parcel arrives, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a card. Standard Australia Post and Sendle redelivery rules apply.
If your parcel is lost in transit (not delivered within 14 business days for AU, 21 for NZ), email admin@topendpeptides.com.au with your order number. We’ll either re-send the order or refund you in full.
Customs and duties (NZ orders)
NZ customers may be charged GST and import duties on arrival. These are determined by NZ Customs and are the customer’s responsibility. We’ll note the order value on the customs declaration accurately so there are no surprises.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If you have an account, you can also track your order in your account dashboard. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
