Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with your Aperture Skin purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to first-time purchases of any product or kit. To request a refund, email admin@topendpeptides.com.au with your order number. We’ll send you a return shipping label.
Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Defective or damaged products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email admin@topendpeptides.com.au within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice — and we’ll cover the return shipping.
The LED light therapy mask carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty on top of your guarantee period. If the mask develops a defect within 12 months of delivery (not caused by misuse), email us and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Australian Consumer Law guarantees
In addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee, your purchases come with the consumer guarantees set out in the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These guarantees cannot be excluded and apply regardless of any other policy:
- Products must be of acceptable quality
- Products must be fit for the purpose described
- Products must match their description
If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair. For major failures, you can choose; for minor failures, we may opt to repair or replace. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes these rights.
What’s not covered
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery (unless covered by ACL)
- Products that have been substantially used (more than ~30% of contents used)
- Products damaged through misuse (e.g. dropped LED mask, used past its expiry)
- Any “Final Sale” or clearance items, where the policy is specifically called out at purchase
How to request a refund
Email admin@topendpeptides.com.au with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you want to return
- The reason (optional but appreciated — helps us improve)
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refund processing
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund on your statement.
Original shipping costs (if any) are refunded for defective products and ACL guarantee claims, but not for change-of-mind returns.
